Donor Opportunities

Annual Fund

Gifts of any amount can be made to the Annual Fund and can be restricted to a specific program (Scholarships, Adaptive Golf or Junior Golf) or split equally amongst more than one program. The Annual Fund also includes the Society of 1916 and President's Club giving levels which are outlined below. All donors making a gift to the Annual Fund will be listed in the following year's Progress Report.

Society of 1916

Named for the year that Bobby Jones won the inaugural Georgia Amateur Championship and the Georgia State Golf Association was founded, this $1,000 annual giving level includes a donor gift and the opportunity to play in one of our donor play days.

President's Club

Named in honor of the 14 men and women who have helped lead the GSGA Foundation over the last three decades. This $2,500 annual giving level includes additional favors to show your support of the GSGA Foundation as well as an exclusive donor play day at one of Georgia's top golf courses.

Scholarship Endowment

Named endowments are available under the GSGA Foundation's Yates Scholarship Program. Endowments provide ongoin funding for scholarships and each named endowment receives an individual scholarship recipient each year. Join GSGA

The Georgia State Golf Association (GSGA) is the governing body of golf in Georgia and serves as an Allied Golf Association to the United States Golf Association (USGA). Membership in the GSGA is open to all golfers, facilities and golf clubs throughout the state. Golfers that join the GSGA have access to invaluable resources that allow them to advance their knowledge of the game and numerous opportunities to play in both competitive and fun, casual events. By becoming a member of the GSGA, you will be joining a community that includes more than 350 clubs and 80,000 golfers who all have one thing in common: a passion for the game of golf.
