Individuals become members of the GSGA by joining through one of GSGA's Member Clubs, using one of two methods:
- Apply in person at a GSGA Member Club where you play golf or near your home or work.
- Apply online here.
The Georgia State Golf Association provides a variety of benefits and services for both Member Clubs and their individual members. Member Clubs may utilize the computerized handicapping service, have their course rated and measured, provide employees an opportunity to earn scholarships through the GSGA Foundation, and receive golf industry support from the GSGA and its allied associations. Individuals receive an official USGA Handicap Index, a subscription to Golf Georgia magazine, and are eligible for the GSGA awards program as well as numerous statewide competitions and Member Play Days.
