Step 1 - Fill out the application form
Get this quick process started by providing us with your club information.
Step 2 - Get Handicap Certified
A representative of your club must complete the handicap certification process as established by the USGA. Individuals are also permitted to take the online handicap seminar just for their own knowledge. There is no fee.
- Authorized Golf Association = Georgia

Step 3 - Complete Compliance Checklist
To be an official GSGA club, you must comply with the checklist below which includes having at least 10 golfers. Please read and sign confirming your club is in compliance.
Step 4 - Bylaws
You may choose to accept the sample GSGA set of bylaws or you can create your own. See sample set of GSGA bylaws below. A newly formed golf club can modify and adapt the following Articles to fit its particular circumstances and should review the document with its own counsel.
