Georgia-South Carolina Girls’ Challenge Match Event History

The Georgia-South Carolina Girls' Junior Challenge Match annually brings together the top junior girls golfers from the two neighboring states. It is patterned after the Georgia-South Carolina Junior Challenge Match for boys, which has been an annual event between the two states since 1976.  The top six girl golfers (based on the results of each state's Girls' Championship) are invited to participate in the Match, which is held alternately in Georgia and South Carolina each year.
