This was the first U.S. Open Local Qualifier in the entire country with 132 players competing for eight qualifying spots. Michael Hebert, Andy Ogletree, and Tyson Alexander all posted rounds of 3-under-par 67 to earn medalist honors and qualify. Also qualifying was Sung An and Mark Silvers with rounds of 2-under-par 68.
