Joey Savoie of Canada and Wade Binfield of Fayetteville went three more holes with Savoie making par on the fifth playoff hole to claim the final spot making Binfield the first alternate.

There were five players tied at 70 competing for the second alternate position. Spencer Ralston made par on the fourth playoff hole to claim the spot.

Summer Grove Golf Club played to 6,917 yards and par 72.

A second local qualifier in Georgia will take place Monday, May 15, at Stone Mountain Golf Club.
