This 36-hole U.S. Women's Open Sectional Qualifier was held at Dunwoody Country Club with 78 players competing for four qualifying spots. Christine Song posted a 4-under-par (70, 70) 140 to earn medalist honors and qualify.

Ssu Chia Cheng and Katelyn Dambaugh both posted rounds of 3-under-par 141 to qualify. There were three players tied at 2-under-par 142 so a playoff was needed to determine the final qualifying spot and alternate positions.

Emma Talley, Demi Runas, and Sophia Popov began the playoff on the 18th hole. Talley made birdie to secure the final qualifying spot. Popov and Runas both made par and moved on to the second playoff hole (#10) where they both made par again.  On the third playoff hole (#17), Runas made par and locked up the first alternate position. Popov will be the second alternate.
