Brenda Pictor of Marietta, winner of the Georgia Senior Women's Match Play Championship earlier this year, took home medalist honors and qualified for the U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur Championship. Pictor posted an even-par 72 in an 18-hole qualifier at Rivermont Golf Club in Johns Creek on Thursday. 

Also earning qualifying spots into the U.S. Women's Mid-Am include Sarah Gallagher and Erin Packer, both at 4-over-par 76. Danielle Davis finished at 5-over-par 77. Two players tied at 6-over-par 78, including Kristyl Sunderman and Deb JacksonLauren Judson came in at 8-over-par 80.

Leslie Elkins (9-over-par 81) and Mercedes Huarte-Brindle (10-over-par 82) finished as first and second alternate, respectively.
