Format and Schedule
A qualifier for the 2010 U.S. Girls’ Junior Championship will be conducted by the Georgia State Golf Association on Thursday, June 17. The River Club in Suwanee hosts 39 players competing over 18 holes for five spots and two alternate positions in the championship.
Host Club: The River Club
The River Club is one of 33 qualifying sites nationwide taking place from June 9-29.
Directions to The River Club – I-85 to Exit 111. Turn west on Hwy. 317 Suwanee. Go 3 miles and turn left at the light on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. Continue south 1 mile to first traffic light at Moore Road. Turn right on Moore Road and go 1.4 miles; then turn left at The River Club sign.
The River Club will play to 6,205 yards and a par of 72.

U.S. Girls' Junior Championship
The 62nd annual U.S. Girls’ Junior Championship will be held at The Country Club of North Carolina in Village of Pinehurst, N.C., July 19-24, 2010. Entries were open to female amateur golfers who will not have reached their 18th birthday on or before July 24, and who have a USGA Handicap Index not exceeding 18.4. The U.S. Girls’ Junior is one of 13 national championships conducted annually by the United States Golf Association.
