Join GSGA

The Georgia State Golf Association is an association of member clubs, including clubs with a golf course and associate clubs without a golf course. In both cases, the clubs are united in purpose: to provide their members with the opportunity to pursue the game of golf with integrity and in accordance with the USGA Handicap System.

An individual may become a GSGA member by joining one of our nearly 350 Member Clubs and establishing a USGA Handicap Index. There are two easy methods for applying, listed below.

Memberships need to be renewed annually on a calendar-year basis.  When you sign up now, your GSGA membership will run through December 31, 2013. Please click here to view the list of golf clubs that allow online renewals.

In addition to your USGA Handicap Index, membership in GSGA includes the following benefits:

• A subscription to Golf Georgia magazine, delivered to your home six times a year.
• Opportunity to participate in Member Play Days -- non-competitive, one-day outings at GSGA Member Clubs.
• Eligibility for some of GSGA’s 20 statewide competitions.
• Special recognition for club champions, most improved golfers, holes-in-one and other unique feats on the course.
• Additional options with your handicap service, including Internet score posting (not available at all clubs) and eRevisions.
• Access to GSGA RewardLinks, a rewards program featuring exclusive discounts and opportunities for apparel, travel, magazines, golf-related events and products as well as other sports and special events across Georgia.
• Access to GSGA TravelLinks, a monthly email and website with members-only offers for popular golf destinations.
• Members who are active as of June 1st each year also receive a complimentary subscription to either Golf Digest or Golf World magazine.
