Spectator Guidelines
Spectators are welcome and encouraged to attend tournaments. Rules for spectators are as follows:

  • Spectators must stay in the rough or on the cart path and 25 yards away from the players.
  • Spectators are allowed to carry water, umbrellas, jackets, towels, and food for the players.
  • Spectators are not allowed to give advice to the players. Players may be penalized for a violation.

  • Spectator carts may be rented from the golf shop, based on availability at each golf course. All golf carts must stay on the cart path at all times and must stay behind the junior furthest from the hole. The cart cannot be moved while other juniors are playing their shot. Failure to abide by these rules will result in a warning, second failure will result in the removal of the golf cart.
  • The player is responsible for the actions of his/her spectators.

Caddies

All divisions that play nine holes will be allowed to have a caddie for both the one-day events and the Junior Sectional Challenge Match. Caddies may walk or rent a golf cart to transport the bag. There is no restriction on who the caddie can be for the player.

Dress Code
Proper attire is required at all times at the golf club or facility. Shorts can be worn, but must be a minimum of mid-thigh length. The dress code prohibits tank tops, T-shirts, denim shorts and jeans.
