Four Spots Up For Grabs at U.S. Junior Amateur Qualifier

 

Format and Schedule
An 18-hole U.S. Junior Amateur Qualifier will be conducted by the Georgia State Golf Association on Monday, June 26, at the University of Georgia Golf Course in Athens, Ga. The field will compete for four qualifying spots and two alternate positions.

 

Host Club: University of Georgia Golf Course
University of Georgia Golf Course is hosting the U.S. Junior Amateur Qualifier for the seventh time. The head golf professional is Matt Peterson and the superintendent is Scott Griffith.

University of Georgia Golf Course will play to 7,025 yards and par 71.


U.S. Junior Amateur Championship
The 70th U.S. Junior Amateur Championship will be held at Flint Hills National Golf Club in Andover, Kansas, July 17-22, 2017. The U.S. Junior Amateur is one of 13 national championships conducted annually by the United States Golf Association.
